Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of QRIS usage on increasing income of MSME Grocery Stores in Lowokwaru with ease of use as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach with a survey method was applied in this study. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 120 grocery store owners in Malang City who were selected using the purposive sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using the partial t-test and the Sobel test as a mediation test. The results of the data analysis found that the use of QRIS gave a significant and positive effect on MSME income, the use of QRIS had a significant and positive effect on ease of use, ease of use gave a significant impact on MSME income, and the use of QRIS had a positive effect on MSME income through ease of use as a mediating variable.
