Abstract
Tokopedia is one of the marketplaces in Indonesia which has the largest number of users with approximately 117 million visitors. This marketplace company was founded in 2009 and JKT48 uses Tokopedia as an official shop with the name of their JKT48 Official Shop shop in selling merchandise. This research aims to describe how consumers are aware of the rights they should obtain and what consumers will do when they get goods but in fact get products that do not match what was promised. The research method used by researchers in this research is empirical juridical, the data collection method is carried out by observation analysis, analysis of interview results, document study in accordance with relevant laws, and the analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research can be concluded that Tokopedia has provided a forum as a place to complain about non-conformance of products sold in accordance with Article 45 of the UUPK and Article 39 of Law no. 11/2008, however, some consumers are reluctant to complain because there has been no response from the seller previously and most consumers have complained but there is no answer from the shop, many consumers also do not take legal action because they feel that the selling price of the product is not commensurate with the cost. issued if sued through legal means.
