"This final project report by Rahmat Fathurahman examines the role of the producer in the production management of a fiction film titled Jika Hari Ini Aku Tidak Datang. The production management method employed is the application of the four basic functions (POAC): Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. The producer implemented these functions comprehensively throughout all stages pre-production, production, and post-production to balance the director's artistic vision with the reality of limited resources. Budget efficiency strategies, such as streamlining the crew and implementing a dual-role system (e.g., the producer serving as the offline editor), were key to the project's execution. In conclusion, the producer successfully applied the four management functions adaptively, guiding the project from initial concept to a finished film ready for distribution, while effectively overcoming field constraints through responsive managerial functions."
