Abstract
This research was conducted to investigate and analyze the influence of work ethics on job productivity with work experience as an intervening variable. This study employed an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire. The population in this study consisted of teachers at SMAN 9 Malang, with a total of 60 respondents. The Data Analysis method used was scale range and partial least squares (PLS) analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results of the study found that work ethics significantly influences job productivity. Work ethics has a significant positive effect on work experience. Work experience has a significant positive effect on job productivity. Work ethics significantly influences job productivity through work experience as an intervening variable.
