Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline on the performance of Gojek drivers, determine the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of Gojek drivers, and determine the influence of organizational climate on the performance of Gojek drivers. The research population was Malang City Gojek drivers with a sample of 60 people. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires, the analytical data tools used were a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the driver performance scale range show high scores, work discipline shows high scores, organizational commitment shows high scores, organizational climate shows good scores. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of Gojek drivers. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on the performance of Gojek drivers. Organizational climate has a significant positive effect on the performance of Gojek drivers. The Gojek company can always review and minimize the occurrence of problems that occur in the work discipline of Gojek drivers, improve company regulations and warn drivers of occupational risks when working on the highway. Gojek drivers in Malang City can increase their commitment to the organization and have a high level of work discipline.
