ANALISIS SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PERSEDIAAN DI PT BISI INTERNATIONAL TBK

This study analyzes the inventory accounting and stock management system at PT BISI International Tbk to assess operational efficiency and inventory control. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the study found that the company has implemented methods such as Just-In-Time (JIT), ABC Analysis, and historical data-based planning. However, challenges such as demand fluctuations and product distribution require improvement through Artificial Intelligence (AI) based technology and warehouse location optimization. The results indicate the need for product diversification, distribution optimization, and employee training to improve the company's efficiency and competitiveness. The implementation of these suggestions is expected to strengthen inventory management in the Indonesian agricultural seed market.
