Abstract

The existence of job satisfaction in a company can help improve employee performance, especially in the field of hospitals and organizational citizenship behavior also helps improve employee performance. This study aims to determine whether job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of non-medical employees at Orpeha Tulungagung Islamic Hospital organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable. This research uses structural equation modeling techniques with the help of the Smart PLS 4 analysis tool. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample size of 70 respondents who meet the sample criteria and are taken using a saturated sampling technique. The research results show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable.
