Abstract

This study uses quantitative research to explain the effect of compensation, burnout, and social support on the performance of Shopeefood drivers in Malang City. This study involved all Shopeefood drivers in Malang City as its population. In January 2024, there were 18,930 active Shopeefood driver accounts in Malang City. The sample value (n) of 96.04 was found using the Lemeshow formula above and rounded up to 100 people by the researcher. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on performance, perceived burnout did not have a significant effect on performance, and social support received by drivers had a significant effect on performance. The study also found that compensation, burnout, and social support as a whole had an effect on performance.
