Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at PT Ide Bangsa Mahardika located in Malang, East Java. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on employees of PT Ide Bangsa Mahardika with a total of 64 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling using the slovin technique to determine the number of samples to be used in this study. The data collection technique used in this study is to use the questionnaire method which will be distributed to employees of PT Ide Bangsa Mahardika and use the SPSS 27 application to analyze the data. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use a scale range and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that whether or not talent management will not affect employee performance. The better the application of knowledge management, the better employee performance will be. Talent management variables and knowledge management variables simultaneously affect employee performance variables, which means that the better the application of talent management and knowledge management, the better employee performance will be.
