Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Social Return on Investment (SROI) of the CSR culinary Wisma SIG Semen Indonesia, focusing on the estimation and realization of SROI in 2022 and 2023. The background of this research is based on the importance of evaluating the social and economic impact of CSR programs to enhance their effectiveness and contributions to society, while supporting the achievement of SDGs (Goals 1,2,8,9,10, and 11). The methodology combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, utilizing primary data collected from interviews with UMKM, visitors, and Semen Indonesia, as well as secondary data from the 2022 SROI Final Report. The results show an increase in SROI 2022, but decrease in 2023 due to reduced visitors and UMKM. The research concludes that the program’s effectivenes varies accros indicators, though strategic adjustments are needed to make SROI estimates more realistic based on actual conditions.
