Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze workload, work environment, job satisfaction and job saturation as intervening variables. This type of research uses a quantitative approach method. The population and sample in this study were all teachers at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari. The data was taken from a sample of 91 respondents who were taken using a saturated sample or census technique. Data collection using a questionnaire technique. The technique used in data analysis used multiple regression analysis and the SPSS 26 program. The results of the research show that there is no influnche of workload on work burnout. The results of this study indicate that there is a negatif and significant effect of the work environment on job saturation. The results of this study indicate that there is a positif and significant effect of workload on job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on job satisfaction. The results of this study showed no influence of workload on job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that workload on job satisfaction through job saturation obtains negative and insignificant results. The results of this study indicate that work environment on job satisfaction through job saturation obtains negative results and is not significant.
