Abstract
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were consumers who had made online purchases at Ownertwentyfour stores during the last 5 months with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is a range of scales with the help of SPSS software. The research results found that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
