Abstract
Era digitalization has brought changes to various industrial sectors. Digitalization is the foundation for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations. There are ten operational management decisions, this research focuses on one namely work design, is implemented by CV Tunas Abadi in adapting work processes and structures by utilizing technology to improve the company’s operational efficiency. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation work design through digitalization of sales administration at CV Tunas Abadi. The research method used is qualitative with analysis using methods that include context, input, process, and product. This study shows that website based sales administration digitalization can improve work design at CV Tunas Abadi which has an impact on increasing efficiency and accessibility in more modern and sustainable document management in the long term.
