Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of job training and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention of restaurant employees in Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. Using a quantitative approach, the study involves 30 restaurant employees from Sengkaling Kuliner and Kapal Rooftop, as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The study also includes instrument testing, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that job training has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention, and both job training and organizational commitment simultaneously influence turnover intention.
