THE EFFECT OF DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH WORK INVOLVEMENT AS A MODERATION VARIABLE
(A Case Study at the East Kutai Planned Parenthood Office)

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of discipline on employee performance with work involvement as a moderation variable at the East Kutai Planned Parenthood Office. The research conducted uses quantitative methods. The study population was 80 employees of the East Kutai Planned Parenthood Office. The sample was determined using the total sampling method so that the entire population was used as a research sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses moderation regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the study prove that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work involvement as a moderation variable can strengthen the influence of discipline on employee performance at the East Kutai Planned Parenthood Office.
