Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and compensation on employee loyalty at Mie Gacoan, Probolinggo City branch. The research was conducted on all employees of Mie Gacoan Probolinggo City branch, with a sample of 65 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression, with a scale range analysis processed using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and the work environment is the most dominant variable influencing employee loyalty.
