Abstract
This study aims to describe the conditions of job training, work achievement and career development, analyze the influence of job training on career development, analyze the influence of work achievement on career development, and find out which of job training and work achievement has a dominant influence on career development. The population in this study were employees of PT. Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling Uninversitas Muhammadiyah Malang with a total of 49 employees using total sampling technique. The method used is linear regression analysis of the homepage with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that job training has a significant positive effect on career development, work achievement has a significant positive effect on career development, and job training has a dominant influence on career development
