Abstract

Joe Farm is a business that operates in the field of catfish cultivation. Based on market identification, it was found that the location chosen had a strategic position, namely on Jalan Raya Pakis No. 69 Pakis, Malang Regency, close to the toll exit and Abdul Rachman Saleh airport. This business provides fresh catfish that are cultivated organically. The aim of this business is to gain profits for business owners and open new job opportunities by empowering the community around where this business is located so that it can reduce the unemployment rate around this catfish farming area. The analytical method used in its presentation uses tables, images, data and other support. The results of this research show that this business has an impact on the community through direct employment and training in catfish cultivation. Thus, this business is worth developing which can help economic growth in Indonesia, especially in the Pakis sub-district area.
