Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and
employee engagement on employee performance with job satisfaction as an
intervening variable in PT. Fore Coffee Malang. This study uses a quantitative
method. The research population is 42 employees at PT. Fore Coffee Malang. The
sample was determined using the total sampling method so that the entire
population was used as a sample of 42 employees. The data collection technique is
a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Smart PLS. The results of the
study prove that directly organizational culture has a significant effect on job
satisfaction, employee engagement has a significant effect on job satisfaction,
organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, employee
engagement has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction
has a significant effect on employee performance. The results indirectly show that
organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through
job satisfaction and employee engagement has a significant effect on employee
performance through job satisfaction. This result can be understood that good
organizational culture and employee engagement will create job satisfaction so as
to support the improvement of employee performance at PT. Fore Coffee Malang.
