IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NO. 94 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG DISIPLIN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI PEMERINTAH KOTA BATU ( STUDI DI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBERDAYA MANUSIA KOTA BATU )

The implementation of government regulation no. 94 in 2021 on the discipline of civil servants constitutes the government governing the discipline of civil servants that contains the duties, prohibitions, and disciplinary penalties of civil servants as well as of the practices of the administration of the call, inspection, rationing, and judicial decisions. In article 1 of 1 verse (1) government regulation 94 in 2021 of civil servant discipline is the ability of civil servants to obey obligations and avoid restrictions set forth by legislation or rules of service that if they disobey or break them are subject to discipline. The methods used in this study are empirical research methods with a qualitative approach to doing experience-based research, particularly those obtained by discovery, experiment or observation, and data sources that come with primary and secondary data. The enforcement of the discipline of civil servants in the stone city administration is based on the 2021 rule of the government of civil servants' discipline in chapters 23 through chapter 31 of which contains the ordinance of calling, inspection, sentencing and governing body no.21 in 2010 on the terms of government regulation carried out.
