Abstract

This research aims to describe how the reward, punishment, and work motivation systems of work motivation of employees of The Batu Villas Hotel Malang. Analyzing the influence partial effect of reward variables on employee work motivation, analyzing the effect of punishment variables on work motivation and analyzing the effect of reward variables on work motivation. partial effect of punishment variables on work motivation and analyzing the simultaneous effect of reward and punishment on work motivation. simultaneous effect of reward and punishment on work motivation. Type of research conducted using a quantitative approach. The research population is employees of The Batu Villas Hotel Malang amounted to 67 people. The sampling technique used research using total sampling, namely all 67 employees become respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis method is a range of scales and path analysis (path analysis). The results of the calculation the scale range that the reward shows very high results, punishment shows very good results and work motivation shows very high results. high. Reward has a significant effect on work motivation, Punishment has a significant effect on work motivation. has a significant effect on work motivation. Reward and punishment simultaneously simultaneously affect employee work motivation at The Batu Villas Hotel Malang.
