Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work environment, and compensation on employee turnover intention. The research was conducted on employees of Iraq Collection stores located in Lumajang Regency, comprising five stores, and in Probolinggo City, with one store, involving a total of forty-seven respondents. Data collection for this study used questionnaires. The sampling technique employed in this research was saturated sampling, where the entire population was used as the sample. Data analysis techniques included scale range analysis and the SPSS program version 29. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
