Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hard skills, soft skills and self-efficacy on work readiness. The population in this study were students who participated in the Center of Excellence program at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, totaling 370 students. The sample used in the study was 193 using the Slovin formula with a simple random sampling approach. The method used was multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that hard skills have a significant positive effect on work readiness, soft skills have a significant positive effect on work readiness and self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on work readiness.
