Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing occupational health and safety, turnover intention with work commitment as a mediating variable in employees of PT. Mutiara Tanjung Lestari. The type of research used is quantitative research, with the population being field section employees at PT. Mutiara Tanjung Lestari, namely 60 employees. Data analysis techniques in this study using path analysis. The results of the analysis can be seen that turnover intention shows high results, occupational health and safety is good and work commitment shows high results. There is a significant influence between occupational health and safety on turnover intention, there is a significant influence between occupational health and safety on work commitment, work commitment affects turnover intention and work commitment mediates the influence of occupational health and safety on turnover intention.
