Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at Lain Hati Coffeeshop in Malang. The sample in this study was 75 employees. Data analysis techniques include using multiple equation models with the help of SPSS 25 software. The research method used is Quantitative. The results of the study showed that the validity test of each question item on the Discipline, Motivation, and Performance variables had a significance value <0.05 so the data was declared valid. Furthermore, there was a reliability test of each variable having a cronbqach alpha value> 0.60 so that the question was declared reliable. Then in the t-test it was found that each variable had a significance value-t <0.05 and a calculated t value> t table so that the perception of Discipline, Motivation had a significant effect on Employee Performance at Lain Hati Coffeeshop in Malang.
