Abstract
Based on the result of observations and interviews trought the fourth grade teacher at SDN Tunggul Wulung 02 Malang City, a problem was found in one of the lessons, namely in learning mathematich in the material of the smallest common factor (KPK) and the largest common factor (FPB), namely student lack understanding of the material, shy to ask question, and not enthusiastic in participacing in learning. The teacher has also tried to use the demonstrasion method in the form of a blackboard and learning videos, but still student do not understand the KPK and FPB material so that when student are given these problem the value achieved is not still fulfilling in completing the task of determining the results of calculating the KPK dan FPB values. One the efforts made to deal with these problems is to develop learning media in the form of concrete media for learning mathemathics, especialy KPK and FPB material and adapted to learning objectives.
The method use in this Research and Development, ADDIE model. As a data source, it was conducted in class IV at SDN Tunggul Wulung 02 Malang City. This reseacrh was conducted on November 24, 2021. The research intruments used were observation, interviews, tests and questionnaires.
The results of the research show that learning media is suitable for use as a medium for learning math. This can be seen from the results of material validation with a percentage of 77,7% and media validation with parcentage score 85,4% , the results of student learning evaluations which increased sifnificantly reaching a percentage score of 96,5% and getting a teacher response of 90.9% and student response percentage score of 82,3% making the learning process more interesting and students become active with the use of concrete learning media. Suggestions that can be given are, learning by using media should be used more to increase the activeness of students and the development of this media is more promisisng as a guide in developing learning media on other materials.
