The use of the internet to contain information becomes an effective and efficient means of communication. The application of digital technology in the administration of regional government is a manifestation of the government's aim to implement good governance, so one of them is the application of digitalization of technology, this system has advantages, especially in public services. This research uses a qualitative research method which aims to find out phenomena that occur in research subjects such as behavior, activities, perceptions, actions and so on by describing them with sentences and grammar in a certain context using various natural methods. This research aims to find out how e-government is implemented in managing population administration in Giripurno Village.
The results of this research are in the technological aspect of implementing the E-Desa application, there is easy access in using the E-Desa application in Giripurno Village in relation to public services such as making birth certificates, family cards, KTPs and other certificates, in managing files. This file means society needs efficiency. This organizational aspect includes the organizational structure of Giripurno Village in carrying out its respective duties and functions, as well as the skills of Giripurno Village officials in carrying out the process of implementing the E-Village Application. Capabilities of all Giripurno Village officials. In the environmental aspect of implementing the E-Desa application, of course there must be government regulations that regulate the running of the E-Desa application in Giripurno village. referring to the Instruction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2003 concerning National Policies and Strategies for E-Government Development.
