STRATEGI COACHING DAN MENTORING DALAM KEWIRAUSAHAAN MASSAGE PADA KLIEN DI UPT. REHABILITASI SOSIAL BINA NETRA MALANG

Training and mentoring program for the blind by providing the skills, knowledge and support needed to succeed in the field of massage so as to improve the social functioning of the blind. This research aims to describe strategies related to coaching and mentoring activities provided to clients with visual disabilities at UPT RSBN Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The technique for determining research subjects used purposive sampling, while the technique for increasing data validity used credibility testing with source triangulation. The results of the research show that the coaching and mentoring strategy in massage entrepreneurship for clients at UPT RSBN Malang is executive coaching, meaning it is structured, organized, and has directed goals. The strategies provided are theoretical and practical, including history, types, types, massage techniques, time management, space management, and income management.
