ANALISIS KEPUASAN KONSUMEN SUSU KAMBING DI PESONA SATWA FARM

Animal Farm is a farm that operates in the field of goat and sheep farming, as well as has other business
of producing and selling goat milk. Sapera goats are a cross between Saanen goats from Switzerland
and Etawa from Indonesia with milk production of 1.5-2 liters per goat/day. This research is a study
that uses observational methods, with interviews and library research, which is a method by gathering
data by understanding and studying theories from various literature or references through Google
Schoolar, SciSpace, and questionnaires. This study was conducted to examine the satisfaction of
consumers from the goat's milk sale in farm farm charms. Consumer satisfaction becomes crucial for
analysis to identify the relationship between product quality variables X1 and X2 aesthetics to consumer
satisfaction Y. Research is carried out using observational methods with literature studies (Library
Research) and Quisioner, with a quantitative approach. The results show that X variables (product
quality and aesthetics) influence consumer satisfaction. Based on the results of the F-Test that has been
carried out, it proves that the quality of the product X1 and the esthetics of X have a significant value of
0,000 < 0.05 thus, the result of the test F-Product Quality and Esthetics simultaneously the free variable
has a significant influence on the satisfaction of the consumer of milk.
