Pengaruh Green Training dan Employee Involvement terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior for Environment pada PT. Pelayaran Agung Samudra

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of green training and employee involvement on organizational citizenship behavior for the environment in PT employees. The Great Ocean Voyage. The type of research carried out is descriptive or quantitative analysis method. The research population was 70 employees of PT. The Great Ocean Voyage. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling method so that the population was used as a sample for the research. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling using the Smart-PLS program. The research results prove that green training and employee involvement have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior for the environment at PT. The Great Ocean Voyage.
