EVALUASI PROGRAM PELATIHAN THEMATIC ACADEMY (TA) DALAM PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI KABUPATEN MAGETAN

This thesis aims to determine whether the quality of human resources in Magetan Regency has a positive impact after participating in the Thematic Academy (TA) training program and how the sustainability of the program is and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the Thematic Academy (TA) training program towards improving the quality of human resources in Magetan Regency. The background of this study is that the researcher wants to evaluate the Thematic Academy (TA) training program implemented by BPSDM Kominfo Surabaya and see the sustainability of this program. This research method uses a qualitative research method. The data collection technique in this thesis is carried out directly in the field and in the midst of the community in order to obtain data from informants through observation and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are that the Thematic Academy (TA) program is indeed considered to have an insignificant impact because it has only been running for a few years. The Thematic Academy (TA) program has not had an impact on the economy of Magetan Regency, but the Thematic Academy (TA) program is considered to have not succeeded in improving the quality of human resources in Magetan Regency, especially in the field of digitalization. Thematic Academy (TA) is considered to have not been successful enough in organizing a smart society in Magetan Regency. Based on the Surabaya Kominfo Human Resources Development and Research Center (BPSDMP Kominfo Surabaya), human resources in Magetan Regency have clearly increased after participating in Thematic Academy (TA) training.
