PELAKSANAAN PELAYANAN PERIZINAN REKLAME KOTA MALANG DINAS TENAGA KERJA, PENANAMAN MODAL, DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU KOTA MALANG

This research uses a qualitative approach to examine how licensing services in billboard policy in Malang City are implemented, especially through the Office of Manpower, Investment, and One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP). The main focus of the research is on the results of innovation in the form of online licensing services implemented through the Si-Izol website platform developed by the Malang City PMPTSP Manpower Office, this innovation aims to increase convenience and efficiency in the billboard licensing process in Malang City. The research findings are expected to provide valuable insights for the development of public services in the licensing sector and encourage the application of information technology to improve service quality.
