KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA BERDASARKAN PERATURAN BUPATI MALANG NOMOR 3 TAHUN 2018 (STUDI KASUS PEMERINTAHAN DESA LANDUNGSARI)

This study aims to evaluate the performance of Landungsari Village officials based on Malang Regent Regulation No. 3/2018. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which allows in-depth analysis of the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of village officials. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of village officials' performance.
The results showed that in general, Landungsari village officials have implemented regulations well, although there are variations in individual capacity and the availability of supporting facilities. Some devices demonstrated superior performance while others required improvement.
This study suggests the need for continuous training, improved facilities, and stronger supervision mechanisms to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of village officials' performance.
