Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of store profits in selling Ventela local brand shoe products and to find out the strategies used by each store in maximizing profits. This research was conducted in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. The data used is primary data collected from original sources by conducting direct interviews. Data was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research method used is profit level analysis and profit maximization. The results showed that the biggest profit occurred at Aneka Sport Malang, which was Rp. 674,700,000, the second was Ventela Malang, which was Rp. 618,720,000 and the third largest was Salut Store, which was Rp. 274,970,000. Strategies to increase store revenue include providing special prices on certain days, providing free socks or shoelaces, adding stock, reducing some costs, always actively creating content and live on social media, especially in the Tiktok platform, and provide discounts to customers who purchase 2 pairs of shoes.
