PENERAPAN PROYEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KARAKTER SISWA DI SMP NEGERI 3 MALANG

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in developing student character at SMP Negeri 3 Malang amidst the increasing number of cases occurring among students today. This program is designed to strengthen student character through various activities that support Pancasila values.
The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, which in this case was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Malang. The research results show that the implementation of this project has a positive impact on the development of student character in accordance with the 6 character profiles of Pancasila students. The stages or phases in the Implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students have their own continuous role with the 6 elements that Pancasila students must have along with the actualization carried out by the students. related to cases that often drag among students that occur at this time are not only motivated by the success or failure of P5 but the role of parents in educating and supervising students' relationships also influences the development of the students' character.
In conclusion, the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Malang is an effective step in forming the six character profiles of Pancasila students, and can be used as a model for other schools. The success and failure of parents in educating, maintaining and supervising students' interactions outside of school is also an important factor that determines the student's behavior.
