PENGUKURAN KINERJA GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PADA PDA ISWARA KOTA MALANG

This research aims to identify and analyze the Performance Measurement of Green Supply Chain Management at Iswara PDA in Malang City. The research method used is descriptive research approach. Sampling was conducted using Saturation Sampling technique, yielding 37 respondents. Data collection employed a questionnaire, and data analysis utilized scale range analysis. The results of the scale range for plan, source, make, deliver, return fall into the category of good. Waste falls into the category of fairly good. Based on the waste variable calculation, it is expected to be
used by decision-makers as a policy consideration for better management of green supply chain management.
