Abstract
This research aims to determine "The influence of the work environment and work motivation on performance (case study at SD Tamansiswa Turen)". This type of research is associative, namely research that asks about the relationship between two variables. The number of samples in this study was 24 people, the respondents in this study were teachers at SD Tamansiswa Turen.
By using data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The hypothesis is tested by analyzing the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of this research show that the work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on the teacher performance variable. Partial hypothesis testing shows that work environment variables do not have a significant effect on teacher performance variables and work motivation variables partially have a significant effect on teacher performance variables.
