Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on organizational commitment at the Al-Mufid Bekasi Foundation. The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire filled out by 61 respondents who were foundation employees. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the majority of respondents were women (67.2%), with a dominant age range of 26-35 years (50.8%), and most were married (60.7%). The instrument test results show that all variables in this study are valid and reliable. The results of multiple regression analysis show that transformational leadership style and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Specifically, transformational leadership style has a positive influence of 0.109, while organizational culture has a positive influence of 0.313 on organizational commitment. These results show the importance of implementing a good leadership style and a strong organizational culture to increase employee commitment to the organization. These findings provide practical application for the management of the Al-Mufid Bekasi Foundation to strengthen the transformational leadership style and build a positive organizational culture to increase employee commitment. This study can also be a reference for other researchers who are interested in studying the dynamics of leadership and organizational culture in the context of educational institutions.
