Abstract

Keywords: Compensation, Productivity of work This research is a study conducted on "Natural Tobacco Company Subur" Martina "Kraksaan Probolinggo district." This study is "The Effect of Work Productivity Employees Compensation Against Tobacco Companies Alam Subur" Martina "Kraksaan Probolinggo district." The purpose of this study was to determine whether the granting of financial compensation and financial compensation effect on the productivity of employees working in the tobacco company Alam Subur "Martina" Kraksaan Probolinggo district. In this study, the authors take two hypotheses namely, compensation for alleged financial and non financial compensation have a significant effect on the productivity of employees working on the production of tobacco company Alam Subur "Martina" Kraksaan Probolinggo, and alleged financial compensation compensation more influence on the productivity of employees working part production Alam Subur cigarette companies "Martina" Kraksaan Probolinggo district. The analytical tool used in this research is the range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis. As for knowing whether or not the variables significant financial compensation and non-financial compensation using the F test and t test Results Scale analysis shows that financial compensation variables are in very good rating scale, which gained an average of 257.25. while non-financial compensation on the assessment scale very well either, with an average of 256.75. and productivity gained an average of 265.67, the valuation is very high. Results of multiple regression analysis on the productivity of variable compensation is the result of calculation of correlation coefficient r obtained figure of 0.641, meaning the relationship between compensation and productivity very closely with niali close to 1. while to test the hypothesis (F) to determine the influence of compensation on the productivity of employees at the cigarette company Alam Subur "Martina" Kraksaan is simultaneously test results, calculated F value of 26.112 while the F table 3.44 at the 5% level of confidence, therefore F count> F table Ho is rejected, then the compensation variables simultaneously both financial and non financial impacts on productivity of employees at the cigarette company Alam Subur "Martina" Kraksaan. From the results of t test diproleh financial compensation (X1) of 6.493 and 1.671 by t table because t count> t table, the financial compensation berrati significant effect on productivity. While non-financial compensation (X2) equal to 2.129 and 1.671 by t table because t count> t table, then the non-financial compensation bepengaruh significant effect on labor productivity in the tobacco company Alam Subur "Martina" Kraksaan. Based on the conclusion, the writer implies that the tobacco companies should Alam Subur "Martina" Kraksaan more attention compensation issues in the company so that employee productivity can be increased. For the writer of this research are expected later used as a reference.
