Based on factor scale distance average calculation result motivator has been got number as big as 199,2 that mean that factor motivator that given side pesantren during the time enter in tall category. based on labour capacity scale distance average calculation result teachers is got number as big as 206 that mean that accomplishment variable permanent teachers in pesantren daughter al-mawaddah coper jetis ponorogo enters in tall category. doubled linear regression analysis result knowable that factor motivator and hygiene influential significant towards teacher accomplishment at pesantren daughter al-mawaddah coper jetis ponorogo. the mentioned is showed by value fhtung as big as 74,361 bigger than ftabel ¬sebesar 3,150. from regression coefficient result proved that factor hygiene has larger ones influence towards accomplishment permanent teachers in pesantren daughter al-mawaddah coper jetis ponorogo when compared with factor motivator. the mentioned is proved with factor regression coefficient hygiene as big as 0,556 bigger is compared with factor motivator that is as big as 0,164. Suggestion that given to company that is supposed manager side pesantren supposed to pay attention factor motivator that there or given during the time especially hit acknowledgement on effort that done by teacher and give freedom to carry out job so that funer or doesn't boring. as to real step that can be done that is with give to chance maximum to teachers to show labour capacity, give pengghargaan on result that achieved and give freedom to develop ability/talent that has teachers. manager side pesantren permanent supposed has defended factor hygiene that given to teachers, that is permanent with give salary or appropriate wage or position and suitable facilities as according to accomplishment that given by side pesantren.
