Abstract

This research is a case study on the CV. Beautiful Shining Singosari Malang with the title "Performance Analysis of the Company with the Balanced Scorecard approach to CV. Beautiful Shining Singosari Malang ". The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance of CV. Beautiful Shining Singosari Malang when using the Balanced Scorecard approach in the financial perspective, customer, internal business, and learning and growth. The result using the Balanced Scorecard approach to demonstrate to the financial perspective: ROI in 2003, 2004 and 2005 amounted to 13.56%, 13.56% and 14.30%. PMOS in 2003, 2004 and 2005 amounted to 16.62%, 16.31% and 16.68%. Sales Growth Rate In 2004 and 2005 amounted to 16.67% and 20%. Customers Perspective: Customer Retention in 2003, 2004 and 2005 amounted to 78.74%, 82.20% and 82.18%. Number Of New Costumer in 2003, 2004 and 2005 amounted to 21.26%, 17.80% and 17.82%. On Time Delivery in 2003, 2004 and 2005 amounted to 73.62%, 85.44% and 94.41%. Number Of Complain in 2003, 2004 and 2005 amounted to 11.81%, 6.80% and 5.32%. Internal Business Process Perspective: Innovation Process in 2004 and 2005 are Loster and Concrete Buis. Error Rate in 2003, 2004 and 2005 by 1.53%, 1% and 0.5%. Idle Capacity in 2003, 2004 and 2005 amounted to 0.83%, 0.61% and 0.46%. Learning and Growth Perspective: Employee Productivity in 2003, 2004 and 2004 by 1%, 0.75% and 0.55%. Employee Turnover in 2003, 2004 and 2005 amounted to 18.2%, 8.3% and 7.1%. Employee Training in 2003, 2004 and 2005 amounted to 12.73%, 15% and 17.14%. While Absenteeism in 2003, 2004 and 2005 amounted to 4.17%, 4.46% and 4.46%. Based on the above conclusions, the researchers suggested that the company could further improve product introduction efforts (promotion) and improve the skills of workers and evaluate the employee attendance report.
