This research represent research type descriptive korelasional with title “Influence Organizational Climate To Satisfaction of Job Employees At Hotel Asri Kecamatan Genteng Banyuwangi “ Target of this research is first to know condition Organizational Climate at Hotel Asri Kecamatan Genteng Banyuwangi, second to know level Satisfaction of Job Employees at hotel asri kecamatan genteng banyuwangi and third to know Influence organization climate to satisfaction of job at hotel asri kecamatan genteng banyuwangi. Analyzer the used at this research is span scale and Simple Linear Regression that is to know influence of signifikan between Organizational Climate to satisfaction job of employees passing test F. From result of research indicate that Organizational Climate which felt employees Hotel Asri kecamatan genteng banyuwangi included in good category This matter is proved availably total mean score of variable Organizational Climate (X) equal to 163,9 which reside in at scale assessment of goodness. Satisfaction job (Y) included in satisfied category. Posed at by total mean of variable Satisfaction job equal to 164 which reside in at satisfied assessment scale. Result of from doubled linear regresi with Organizational Climate as free variable and variable satisfaction of job as variable tied obtained Y = 0,934 + 0,409 X+ e with value of R2 equal to 0,620. rom result of test of F obtained value F hitung equal to 87, 945 > nilai Ftabel 4,00. so that Ho refused and Ha accepted which mean organizational climate variable have an effect on signifikan to satisfaction of employees job Hotel Asri Kecamatan Genteng Banyuwangi. From this result is suggested on the side of hotel to be always analyse each;every matter that happened in hotel especially which is its concerning employees one of them is to give opportunity at employees to lay open things took a fancy to in hotel and also unwelcome things of employees Besides hotel side better earn more is standart considering of specified performance This matter can be conducted with more well-balanced and rational employees performance analysis with bonus passed to employees Better performance standart to be specified to be made balance to with certain bonuss able to race the spirit of employees.
