The purpose of this study was to analyze the growth of total loans disbursed during the year 2002-2006, to analyze developments in interest rates and the estimated value of the collateral group A, B, C and D during the years 2002-2006. And to know the relationship between interest rates and the estimated value of the collateral with a total outstanding loans. This type of research is case study research on the kind of research that results can only be applied to the studied object, in this study were Pawnshop Kotalama Malang Branch. The analysis technique used was analysis of time series and non-parametric correlation. Based on the research data and discussion that has been done by researchers, it can be concluded that: The number of loans disbursed and in 2002-2006 experienced ups and downs. It is tailored to the needs and situation and current economic conditions. Growth rates are disbursed during the year 2002-2006 has decreased to the level of interest rates depends on the level of SBI / BI Rate. Development of the estimated value of the collateral group A, B, C and D during the year 2002-2006 has increased. Because the value of collateral that follow the market price, especially the collateral in the form of gold. Interest rates, the estimated value of the collateral and the total outstanding loans do not have a relationship. This is evidenced by the large value of Kendall correlation.
