Abstract

In an era of globalization and computerization and the development of an increasingly modern era today requires us to be a human we are productive, active, ready, alert, skillful, dexterous, and bold, take risks in dealing with various problems that we face in the competition of life increasingly complex. Seeing this fact, then if the application of discipline in schools as a first step the development of quality human resources (HR), which has been around for this can not be negotiable. Education is a necessary pillar of a nation to run the wheels of development. Therefore, the existence of a shared responsibility to create a situation conducive to the education process needs to be prioritized, so that breach of discipline which occurred in the school environment can be reduced to a minimum. In accordance with this background, the authors take the title "Factors backgrounds on Students Disciplinary Violations SMA Negeri 1 Pagak The purpose of this study was to determine the factors the background of the Students Disciplinary Violations SMA Negeri 1 Pagak . Which is the source of data in the implementation of this research is 4 students of SMA Negeri 1 Pagak offense that has scored the highest according to information received from Officer Tatib. The data collection used were interviews and observation. The result showed that the factors of the background for breach of discipline students SMA Negeri 1 Pagak is a problem that comes from within him include: custom subject went to school in Legi market day at the same time as the days are usually, lack of awareness subjects in school uniform because it was too uncomfortable and uneasy, especially when the weather is hot; differences in subject perceptions about how to maintain hair and nails; and wishes the subject to eliminate saturation or refreshing at the turn of the hour lesson.
