Garbage of plasticine represent problems to environmental pollution, plastic included in garbage faction of non-organik or equally represent materials which cannot recycled by nature. Of so much many garbage of plastic one of them is compact disk. Materials maker of compact disk is polycarbonate included in faction of High Density Polyethylene ( HDPE) that is plastic owning storey;level density of superordinate from a water. This materials cannot recycled by nature, but can be recycled to become other form which more useful. Compact Disk will be more easy to recycled by industry if have in the form of item or shiver, because will have wide broader contact so that will be more economize recycle time. Crushing which have there is using knife system and thread, where broken plastical stuff still in the form of mass not yet is peculiarly used for the destroyer of certain material. Based on breakdown of above, hence designed machine destroyer of compact disk ( polycarbonate) with capacities 250 kg / hour. Destroyer type is used gear system with rotation 120 rpm. From result of calculation obtained by destroyer cylinder diameter 120 mm with length 120, module 5 mm. for the system of its transmission use V-Belt and pulley, where used by V-Belt type A. used motor have energy 3 kW with rotation 600 rpm.
