Abstract
Global competition has changes the business objectives from satisfying the need of stake holder to customers satisfaction. Producers must provide good quality product in low cost by performing continuous improvement toward long term cost production system. Long term cost production is not just lowering employee wages but should also by discovering and eliminating non-value added activities that bring about wasting. Implementing just in time is a step in eliminating activities that cause wasting in improving global competing power.
