Communication holds important role in organization life, because of communication, the organization functions achieves the aim. to achieve organization aim ambulatory well be need a good management, in order organization can running with the purposes that wants achieved, so need effective leadership. therefore communication is a centrepoint from organization. communication process that in organization life, involve entire existing staffs. this begun from staff in level on in organization chart likes manager, until employee at the bottommost levels. As to troubleshoot focus in this communication research less fluent delivers individual, deliver side, deliver part and leadership side openness undercommunication in communication process applications with employee and time limitedness of leadership side to do communication according to face to face with the employers. while as good leadership be demanded to get the problems and then accommodate aspiration, complaint, criticism, and suggestion from officials to repair on the next day. so at intended with communication intensity existence that go well to deliver leadership and employee will evoke work freshment. This research internal issue formulation are: (1) is influence between vertical communication intensity towards work freshment PT.Karya Mekar dewatamali jombang? (2) how big vertical communication intensity influence level towards work freshment PT.Karya Mekar dewatamali jombang? as to this research aim is to: (1)there or not influence between vertical communication intensity towards work freshment PT.Karya Mekar dewatamali jombang(2) measures vertical communication intensity influence magnitude towards work freshment PT.Karya Mekar dewatamali jombang. This research uses survey research method that used eksplanatory aproach, that is to explain connection between researcher variables pass hypothesis testing (arikunto, 2006: 119). population in this research employee pt. work blossoms dewatamali jombang with grand total 450 person to made samples. the sample technique uses sampling systematic that is with taking technique sample based on sequence from population member that given serial number. taking sample done with multiple number 5, sample that is production part employee. 450 this employees is fished by using inquiry distribution. data analysis uses simple linear regression. this research uses survey instrument that aim to get data valid with data passes quisionaire. The result finds vertical communication intensity variable kerage value at pt. work blossoms dewatamali jombang that as big as 0,670 that meaningful that tall the vertical communication intensity while kerage value for work freshment variable at companies pt. work blossoms dewatamali jombang as big as 13,956 that meaningful that tall employee work freshment. from vertical communication intensity influence regression analysis result towards work freshment is got f value counts > from f table that is 76.900>3,96, this matter is vertical communication intensity influence meaningful towards work freshment significant. from determination coefficient data analysis be be got vertical communication intensity contribution with value as big as 48,7%, this matter is vertical communication intensity meaningful gives contribution towards work freshment as big as 48,7%, while correlation between vertical communication intensity towards work freshment is got value as big as 0,698 thereby can be said vertical communication intensity influence towards strong work freshment.
