Musrenbangdes or Deliberation On Village Development Plans is an important
forum in formulating participatory annual development activity plans. This aims to
determine priority activities in accordance with community needs and obtain support
from funding sources including the APBDes. As a basic principle, development aims to
realize people's welfare in accordance with the 1945 Law, with a focus on improving the

to submit proposals, criticize and clarify development plans. This process ensures that
development programs and activities truly reflect the needs and aspirations of the
community in a bottom-up manner, thereby increasing the success and positive impact of
village development.
