Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle and service quality on customersatisfaction to encourage repurchase interest among Fitness Zone Malang customers. Theresearch approach used is quantitative, with a sample of 150 respondents, whoarecustomersofFitnessZoneMalangthathavemadeatleastonepurchaseorhavejoinedasmembers.ThedataanalysiswasconductedusingSmartPLS(PartialLeastSquare)version4.0software.Theresults of the study indicate that: a) service quality has a negative and significant effect onrepurchase interest, b) lifestyle has a negative and significant effect on repurchase interest,c)service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, d) lifestyle has apositive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, e) customer satisfaction hasapositiveand significant effecton repurchase interest, f) lifestyle has a positive and significant effecton repurchase interest through customer satisfaction, g) service quality has a positive andsignificant effect on repeat purchase intention through customersatisfaction.
