Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of psychological
contracts and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT.
Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya Karang Ploso Malang partially and simultaneously. This
study uses a quantitative method. The sample determination uses the total sampling
method so that the entire population is used as a research sample of 40 respondents.
The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis method
uses a multiple linear regression test with the SPSS program. The results of the
study prove that psychological contracts have a significant effect on employee
performance and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee
performance. The results simultaneously show that psychological contracts and
organizational commitments have a significant effect on employee performance at
PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya Karang Ploso Malang, meaning that the existence of
psychological contracts and organizational commitment is very high able to
improve employee performance.
